Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Clearception AI provides a suite of AI-powered assistants and agents — including general research, wellness, legal research, financial/market research, music production, crypto research, and marketing products — accessible through subscription plans described on our pricing page. Features, agents, and integrations vary by plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Keep your login credentials confidential — we are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account unless caused by our own negligence.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Prices and included usage (e.g. AI credits) may change with notice posted on our pricing page or sent to your account email.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third party's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Transmit malware, spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions
• Use automated trading, publishing, or messaging features to violate a connected third-party platform's own terms of service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. AI-Generated Content; No Professional Advice

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to generate text, analysis, trade signals, marketing content, and other output. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before relying on it. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and no agent or feature (including paper-trading tools) should be treated as a licensed advisor. Paper-trading and simulated order features do not involve real money unless you explicitly connect and authorize a live brokerage or exchange account outside the Service's default configuration, and even then you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of documents, prompts, and other content you upload or submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending relevant portions to third-party AI model providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit Your Content and that doing so doesn't violate any third party's rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Clearception AI or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Subject to these Terms, you may use AI-generated output from the Service for your own personal or business purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms you choose to connect — including social networks, advertising platforms, analytics tools, brokerages/exchanges, and productivity tools. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions. Publishing, trading, or other actions on a connected platform generally require your explicit approval within the Service before they take effect.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARCEPTION AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING LOSSES RELATED TO TRADING DECISIONS, PUBLISHED CONTENT, OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
